Refund policy

Returns

If, for whatever reason you are not happy with your order, you can return a product for a full refund up to 30 days after purchase. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item. We do not refund the original shipping cost you paid on the order. To return your product, please email hello@nibsetc.com with your order details and reason for return. 

 

Refunds 

Should any part of the nibs etc. food experience be unsatisfactory, or a product arrives damaged, we ask that you let us know within 30 days of receiving your order. In order for us to be able to issue a refund, should it be deemed appropriate, in your email to us you must include photos of any damage, and the barcode and Best Before Date. Please note we cannot consider a refund without visual proof of the claim and or barcode/best before date, and or if more than 30 days have passed since the date of delivery.

If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 working days. If a replacement has been agreed, we will endeavour to send this to you as soon as possible.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
